Who is responsible

Mantafos ApS (CVR 45367029) is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. You can contact us at info@mantafos.com.

What we collect

We only collect the details you enter yourself: in the contact form (name, company, e-mail, country and message) and on the downloads page (name, company, e-mail and country). We use them to answer you, to send you the files you asked for and, if you have agreed, to contact you about WingCell.

Legal basis

Answering your enquiry is based on our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and on steps prior to a possible contract (art. 6(1)(b)). Contacting you about WingCell after a download is based on your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes the data

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form messages are delivered to our mailbox by the e-mail service Resend and stored in our Google Workspace mailbox. These providers act as our data processors. Some of them may process data outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any following customer relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to info@mantafos.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for statistics, marketing or tracking, so we do not ask for cookie consent. To stop spam, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots.
